David Leff, DO

David Leff, DO Dr. David Leff has been a gastroenterologist in private practice in Mesa, Arizona for the past 29 years. He is also an adjunct assistant professor, Division of Clinical Education, Midwestern University – Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Leff is a graduate of Des Moines University in 1991 and did his Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. During his fellowship, he was involved with early hepatitis C treatment options, and when he moved to Arizona, he became a member of the Board of Directors for the American Liver Foundation – Arizona Chapter. Dr. Leff currently serves on the Medical Advisory Board and is on the Education Committee as well as a Delegate Board member for the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. He has served as the Assistant Medical Director for Central Arizona Endoscopy for the last 20 years. His interests are hepatitis C and liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, heartburn and irritable bowel syndrome.
